Three Brands. One Mission.
Americase International unites three complementary disciplines — precision engineering, real-world testing, and regulatory expertise — under a single organization. The result is an integrated platform for solving the world’s most demanding containment and compliance challenges.
Built on more than five decades of case design, 200+ years of combined regulatory leadership, and one of the few U.S. laboratories equipped for SAE AS6413 destructive testing, our family of brands works together to eliminate uncertainty, accelerate market access, and ensure mission success across industries where failure is not an option.

THE INTEGRATED MODEL
Three-Legged Stool
The Americase International platform is explicitly described by its leadership as a “three-legged stool” — each brand providing a distinct, load-bearing capability that strengthens the other two. The model is not a holding company structure with independent operating units. It is a continuous feedback loop between engineering, testing, and regulatory compliance that operates inside one organization.

LOOP 1
Testing informs engineering
Fulcrum’s thermal runaway tests on actual customer batteries directly inform how Americase engineers containment systems — enabling value engineering matched to real risk profiles, not worst-case assumptions.
LOOP 2
Regulatory intelligence informs design
HSC’s team of former regulators — many of whom authored current dangerous goods standards — ensures every Americase solution meets current and anticipated regulatory requirements before reaching a customer.
LOOP 3
Engineering innovation drives further validation
New containment designs are routed back through Fulcrum for performance validation. Because testing is in-house, the cycle operates continuously — without the cost or scheduling friction of external lab procurement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Americase International is the unified parent company of Americase (precision protective case engineering and manufacturing), HazMat Safety Consulting (dangerous goods regulatory compliance consulting and training), and Fulcrum Testing (lithium battery safety and compliance testing, and product performance validation). Together, these three companies form an integrated end-to-end platform for integrated engineering, dangerous goods regulatory compliance, and safety validation across the full spectrum of dangerous goods and high-value cargo protection. Americase International is headquartered in Waxahachie, Texas and was formally announced on May 11, 2026.
Americase International solves the fragmentation, inefficiencies, and risks inherent in traditional multi-vendor approaches to lithium battery safety and hazardous materials and high value goods protection. Integrating engineering and manufacturing (Americase), testing (Fulcrum Testing), and regulatory expertise (HazMat Safety Consulting) within one organization, eliminates coordination delays, misaligned incentives, and information gaps. This enables a continuous feedback loop where real-world testing data drives precise, value-engineered designs based on actual risk profiles rather than worst-case assumptions, while upfront regulatory intelligence ensures compliance is built in from the start. This integrated approach eliminates coordination delays, misaligned incentives, and information gaps while delivering faster, more accurate, and more cost-effective solutions.
Americase designs and manufactures precision protective containers for the transportation and storage of high-value goods and hazardous materials. All aluminum and steel cases are manufactured in the United States at the company’s Waxahachie, Texas facility using nearly 100% US-sourced materials. Americase holds AS9100 and ISO 9001 certifications.
The Battery Super Box is a robust lithium battery containment system designed to suppress and manage thermal runaway events. It is one of Americase’s engineered product line offerings for organizations shipping or storing lithium-ion batteries. The Battery Super Box is the most robust, thermally protective lithium-ion containment and shipping solution available on the market today. Fulcrum Testing validates its performance using real-world battery failure testing and HazMat Safety Consulting provides design input to ensure compliance. Americase also produces battery bags and boxes as more cost-effective containment options for batteries with lower thermal runaway risk profiles.
Americase International’s products and services address UN Model Regulations, IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), DOT 49 CFR, ICAO Technical Instructions, PHMSA regulations, SAE G-27 performance-based packaging standards, SAE AS6413 (performance-based standard for containing thermal runaway hazards in air cargo), SAE J-3303, UN 38.3 lithium battery transport testing requirements, MIL-SPEC packaging standards, AS9100, and ISO 9001. HazMat Safety Consulting’s team includes former regulators who authored many of these standards. Fulcrum Testing is one of the few U.S. laboratories equipped to conduct the destructive testing required for SAE AS6413 compliance and provides technical input to the UN/SCETDG on cell propagation, hazard classification, and testing-to-failure protocols.
Yes. Americase and Fulcrum Testing primarily serve US-based customers and US divisions of global companies while actively expanding into European markets. HazMat Safety Consulting has significant reach in the global markets.
